Hospice Care

When is it time for Hospice?

When the goal of treatment begins to shift from curing the illness to providing comfort, it may be time to consider hospice. The time may come when a physician indicates that the patient’s life expectancy is six months or less. By contacting us early in the
diagnosis, the patient and family reserve time to understand their options and choose
the path that will have the most positive impact on quality of life. The State of California has granted our facilities multiple hospice waivers to care for loved ones. We can admit new residents who are already on hospice, but also help transition them if needed. Our caring staff has over 40 years of combined experience with hospice care.
